TSM Bird Net Service: Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms:

  • The services provided by TSM Bird Net Service are subject to these terms and conditions.
  • By availing of any service, the customer agrees to comply with these terms.
  • TSM Bird Net Service reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Use of Anti Bird Net:

  • Installation of Anti Bird Nets is performed by trained professionals to ensure optimal effectiveness.
  • Customers must not tamper with the nets post-installation.
  • Regular maintenance checks should be scheduled to ensure the longevity of the nets.
  • TSM Bird Net Service is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party interference or natural calamities.

3. Use of Industrial Bird Net:

  • Industrial Bird Nets are designed for high durability and are suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
  • The customer must ensure that the installation site is prepared as per the guidelines provided by TSM Bird Net Service.
  • Any unauthorized alterations to the net post-installation void the warranty.
  • Regular inspections by TSM Bird Net Service are recommended to maintain net integrity.

4. Use of Anti Bird Spike:

  • Anti Bird Spikes are installed to prevent birds from roosting or nesting on ledges and other surfaces.
  • Customers should not attempt to remove or adjust the spikes once installed.
  • The spikes are designed to be safe for birds and should not cause harm.
  • TSM Bird Net Service is not liable for any damage due to misuse or improper handling of the spikes.

5. Use of Invisible Grill:

  • Invisible Grills are installed for enhanced safety without compromising the aesthetics of the building.
  • Customers must follow the safety guidelines provided during installation.
  • Regular maintenance checks are advised to ensure the grills remain secure.
  • TSM Bird Net Service is not responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance.

6. Payment Terms:

  • Payment for services must be made as per the invoice provided.
  • Any delays in payment may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
  • Full payment is required before the commencement of the installation process unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Warranty and Liability:

  • All products and installations come with a specific warranty period, details of which are provided at the time of service.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation issues but does not cover damage caused by misuse or external factors.
  • TSM Bird Net Service’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product within the warranty period.

8. Termination of Service:

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice.
  • Termination by the customer before the completion of the installation may incur cancellation charges.
  • TSM Bird Net Service reserves the right to terminate the service without notice in case of any breach of terms by the customer.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TSM Bird Net Service operates.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
